Five sectors. Deliberately.
We could cover more ground. We would cover it worse. Depth is the point.
Why five
Depth takes years to build and constant work to keep
Genuine sector fluency, the kind that lets you challenge a client’s assumption about a role, or recognise that a candidate’s stated achievement was structurally impossible in the environment they describe, takes years to build and constant work to maintain. Firms that claim expertise across twenty sectors have it in none.
We chose five sectors where we have real depth, adjacent economics and overlapping talent pools. The adjacency matters: leaders move between industrial and retail supply chains, between real estate and financial services capital markets, and increasingly from technology into all three.
Five sectors. Real depth in each.
